Here's my first update - I've been participating in a SAL that's been working on Cindy Valentine's Apricot Elegance Needlebook and Scissors Fob. This is my first attempt at any kind of needlebook! I'm almost done with the needlebook - I need to get some felt for the needle pages and need to make the cording for the closure. Then I'll need to stitch and finish the scissors fob. I am so pleased with this project - it's even better than I imagined it would be!

I just love your Apricot Elegance Cathy. I have the chart at home, just need to gather enough courage to start. I think it makes a wonderful stitching accessory.

Cathy, your 'Mint Elegance' turned out about stunningly!! (great English! haha) You really did an awesome job of the finishing and the stitching - way to go!! If you need any Doctors flannel for the needlepages, scream out, and I can send you some of mine, as I have plenty here :))
