This weekend is the Christmas Ornament SAL and I was so excited to have time to participate. I received this lovely pattern from Barbara and have been looking forward to stitching it. The design is from The Needle's Content and it's called Christmas Ornament 2001. I used the indicated WDW fibers and stitched it on a piece of 28ct linen (Desert Sand) from my stash.
I'm hoping to spend some time this afternoon/evening stitching on my Game Board Sampler from The Drawn Thread. It's been neglected for a few weeks. Kim recently finished hers and it looks fabulous!
Have a great day! Thanks for visiting!
I just love how the ornament came out, Cathy! I actually bought two of these at the same time, I liked the chart so much - I'll have to do mine for next month's SAL! LOL!!
ReplyDeleteYour backyard looks like a true winter wonderland. From where I'm sitting, it's so beautiful. I'm jealous!
Your snow is coming our way tomorrow, although we are in the coating - 1" area for now... you never know! We had the crud last weekend - hope you feel better soon! Cute ornament!
