A Holiday Weekend Finish

Last night I started this cute design from Little House Needleworks; tonight I finished it. This is going to be a gift for some friends who invite us to their cabin every August, so instead of stitching "Stitched in the year 2010" as charted, I personalized it with their name. I plan to have this framed.

I enjoyed a really long holiday weekend. I took a vacation day on Friday and today was a national holiday. Too bad that the weekend is over!

    I had forgotton all about this LHN design and I think it would be a great one to do for the people whose cottage we rent.
    Your finish of it is marvellous! I'm glad you were able to enjoy your extended weekend. You may be back at work but it's a short week!
