Did I mention that we stopped in Racine, WI? We needed to gas up. The sign on the gas station drew me in. It said something like “We have O & H Danish Kringle.” I figured we might like a treat. Lots of options: apple, blueberry, pecan. The one that called my name was the Wisconsin Kringle: cream cheese, cherries and cranberries. We finally dug into it today. Delicious!

ReplyDeleteI found my embroidery thread yesterday. Now I'm looking for the lovely piece of linen I have. How do I get started on name tags? I am seriously in awe of your name tag parade. I feel like this is a collection I must start, especially after receiving my beautiful blue name tag!
ReplyDeleteAdorable owl finish there. My mother used to make an almond Danish kringle. It was absolutely amazing. It's a bit of work, so I rarely make it. Now I have a real craving for it. I'll have to make it soon.
