Catching Up - Part II

Okay - so that I can get caught up, I am going to cheat a little bit. Two of my projects for this Crazy Challenge are WIPs that I started last year. I haven't stitched on either of them yet this year, but I'm going to show you where I am at with them so far; a starting point for the challenge. These will be included in my count for 15 projects.

Project #7 CHS Alphabet Blocks - A, B, C, D are completely finished except for the filling stitches around the words. Blocks E, F, G, and H are in progress. I would very much like to finish this project in 2011!

Project #8 Jenny Bean Halloween Sampler - also started this one in 2010 (or was it 2009?) Anyway, wouldn't it be nice to have this one complete in time for Halloween?

Project #9 is a new start! Chessie & Me's Scarlet' Christmas Sampler. This is one of the Jenny Bean and friends charts. As you can see below, I completed the outside border today. This design is smaller than I thought it would be!

That's it -- I'm back on track now. Looking forward to the next six projects to round out my 15! It's crazy!

Love them all! It's good to put some WIPs in so you don't go too crazy. lol! I want to do that Scarlet Christmas piece too. Looking forward to your last 6!

As one who has the opportunity to enjoy her alphabet blocks all framed every day, I'ld say: yes, go on, finish them, they are awesome and you are definitely on your way already!

You've picked some great designs for your Challenge so far, Cathy. That Chessie & Me chart is absolutely lovely, never seen it before! Good luck with that monster CHS chart...

Love all your projects. Most of all your Jenny Bean Halloween Sampler. I might give in and start that one too. I just start at yours for an eternity.
Do you stitch yours on 40ct? And with 1 or with 2 threads?

I love all your pieces and I don't think that there is anything wrong in including some WIPs into the challenge. I did that otherwise I think I would have gone crazy starting 15 new projects when there are at least 15 waiting in various states of progress.
