Hello friends! I am really going to make the effort to post more than just "once in awhile", so here's a mid-week update for you.
In my last post I promised a picture of the Hardanger doily that I stitched recently. It will look familiar to my regular readers - it's the same design that I used for my PIF gifts this year. I think I used the remaining threads from the doily that I had stitched for Angela! This one is going to Jean at Attic Needlework for her Silent Auction for Breast Cancert.
I've been working on Lauren's Neighborhood RR this week. Lauren's neighborhood theme is winter. I decided on a Prairie Schooler house. I have to finish the windows yet and a horse and sleigh will be stitched underneath the house. I want to add something in the top left corner, but I'm not sure what yet...
Well, that's it for me today. Hope you are having a good week!

This hardanger is so cute !
Cathy,
Being the lucky recipient of one of your beautiful doileys, I can honestly say this really is a fantastic contribution to the silent auction and will make a great fundraiser. I love mine and many people who visit comment on it :>)
Warm wishes, Angela
Your hardanger doily is just exquisite!!! By the way, love the squares you stitched for F&S--gorgeous!!!
I'm really enjoying your more frequent postings, Cathy! :D
Your doily is wonderful - and for a wonderful cause. :) Love your progress on the NRR, too!
What a great idea for the silent auction - your doilies are so stunning, and I am thrilled to own one ;-) I love your start on Lauren's RR too - I have already started looking for charts for that one. I sent Erin's to An on Monday :-)

Cathy,
The doiley is so pretty. I would like to try my hand at hardanger, but I think I need someone to teach me. You do a great job on yours.
Your hardanger doilies are beautiful Cathy! It's something I've been meaning to learn, time permitting (although it never seems to!). I like your RR house, the horse and sleigh will be perfect!
