I think that she is approaching the center; more than likely this chalice is the center front.
Isn't this floral medallion gorgeous? Note how each circle and even the center circle has a different pattern woven in it.

I went back to view the page and also the other posts again. To be able to create such perfectly formed tiny stitches on such a sheer and delicate fabric fascinates me. There isn't one pucker or dimple anywhere which shows that she is certainly a master at this beautiful craft. I hope everyone who sees this displayed will take a closer look and appreciate the work involved.
