It's that time of year when things get very busy - at work, at home, holiday shopping and events, etc. Don't worry if you don't see too much of me on this here blog. Not much time for stitching these days.
Today, I helped the Mad Tatter with her annual Christmas boutique. Since she's been laid up at home lately with a bum shoulder, she's had lots of time to tat. The table started out full this morning....not much left for tomorrow!
My niece received a tatting lesson today while helping Grandma out.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Your mother is such a treasure ... as is the work of her hands! I am still so touched by the pin cushion she gave me!
Glad she likes it so much.
She has beautiful tatting projects.

Beautiful tatting!
Beautiful tatting those snowflakes are gorgeous! I wish I could tat, I am not surprised your mums table was practically cleared such beautiful work.
I love to see your mother's delicate tatting. I tried to learn once, but it made me dizzy!!!!
Since you often mention Hungarian Hovej embroidery, I thought I'd mention that there is an entry on Facebook with a picture of a tablecloth made in Gyor. You can see it on Facebook at Magyar-Kincsestár.

Since you often mention Hungarian Hovej embroidery, I thought I'd mention that there is a picture of a white tablecloth from Gyor on a Facebook website. You can see it at Facebook Magyar-Kincsestár.
