Day one of our adventure included a class with Cathy Habermann from Hands on Design. Today’s class was organized by Lynn’s of Madison.
Cathy brought many of her models with her. The models are now on display at Lynn’s if you happen to live in the area.
Our projects for today were to finish a needlebook and some scissors charms. Ignore the pincushion in the photo, that’s tomorrow’s project!
Both were easy to finish! The needlebook is lined with a wool felt and includes two places for pins and needles.
The name of the project was “inspi(red)” and my very smart Partner in Crime stitched the name into her needlebook in place of her initials!
It was a great day!

That looks like so much fun!
What a great looking project -- lovely colors and designs!
Love Lynn's!!!
It's my go-to LNS.
There are no shops in my area anymore.
I could spend hours in there!
