The sampler on the left is from Chessie and Me. It is called Scarlet’s Summer Sampler. Finishing smaller pieces like this on a board is so easy. There’s a piece of Weeks Dye Works wool behind it. Love it! The tomato is from Under the Woolen Willow on Etsy. Since I worked so hard on those pinwheels, I am going to enjoy the entire set displayed together for just a bit longer!
I’m kind of on a finishing/Hands on Design kick since finishing all of those pinwheels last week. All of the finishing pieces for three Halloween designs were assembled at last year’s Needlework Guild of MN retreat. All I need to do yet is the stitching (for all three pieces) and then I can put them together. Working on the first one. I should be able to finish this one up in another evening or two.
Thank you for stopping by; come back again. I picked up something fun last week and I’ll share it in my next post.

Your stitching is beautiful! My daughter has a Martha Washington table that my dad made for my mom years ago.
I wish I was in a finishing mood. Good for you! I love that sampler. I stitched it and hung it where I see it everyday. I love the verse. Like you, it is one of my favorites and I really need to be reminded of the message, especially in these times. Love the window display!
