Pray for Peace Framed

Thought you might like to see this with its frame!

Tonight, a group of us are going to start working on the Red Desert Scissor Pocket from the Cat's Whiskers. If anyone else out there wants to join us, you are more than welcome! Watch for progress updates on the following blogs: Lelia, Myrna, Barbara, Melissa, Terri, and here of course! (I hope I'm not missing anyone!)

It looks lovely Cathy!

I've started on the Red Desert this morning! I have a later shift at work today, and am taking advantage of the quiet morning at home! I'm loving how this is stitching up...

Enjoy the day!

What a lovely frame!
I know I'll have a ball following everyone's progress on that scissor pocket - it is so cute! Wish I'd been able to join, but this just wasn't an option right now. :(

Hi Cathy:

Pray for Peace looks very nice in the frame. As does your weighted stand up project. I've never tried one.

As for the SAL, I started working on the border around 10am.

The silk is wonderful stuff!! Very autumn-like & I'm enjoying the fiber [first time I've tried it]

Doesn't the on-line needlework show start today, too??

lovely - the finish on the frame looks like fabric. You must be happy with it.

Cathy, it looks wonderful framed. You chose a perfect frame to show it off without overpowering the design. Great!!!

How did your RDSP stitching go?
