I had things to post earlier in the week, but just didn't feel like updating this old blog. Let me get you caught up.
On Tuesday, July 4, I visited the Mad Tatter. She wanted me to share the following pictures with you. She's been busy tatting in red, white and blue.

Her moss roses were in bloom. Aren't they pretty?

Her balloon flowers were also blooming. I love the color of these flowers.

Back at our house, the flowers are finally starting to fully bloom too. There are tons of buds just waiting to pop on my balloon flower plant.

And the color of these hydrangea blooms are so pretty.

And, I took the plunge. I am going to stitch Dutch Beauty along with several other instagram stitchers.

I started at the top left and made good progress on the left border last night.

That's all I've got!

Oh my gosh, I love her red/white/blue tatting. I think of her every time I stitch and stitch. I have one of these attached to my favorite pair of scissors.
