Well, we were going to head to the lake tonight after work but when we realized that a 70% chance of rain was predicted for tomorrow, we changed our plans and stayed home. Sometimes its good to be home. DD mowed the lawn. DH is happy - he got to putz in the garade. DS went to a movie with friends. Me - I'm tickled pink to be fiddling with my stitching stuff!
I finished a scissors fob tonight - it's a Brightneedle design (a freebie I think, although I took it from their book called Small Samplings) called Dearest Friend. When I sewed the sides together I added on a bead with each stitch. This is going to a friend who might check out my blog, so I can only tell you that our initials and the little tulip flower are on the back side.
Hmmmm....now what should I finish?

Finish some of my fair entries!!! LOL : )
Charming fob. (I saw your pic & post on the yahoo list, too.) The beads are wonderful! Apricot Elegance is a show-stopper ... stunning piece ... job well done Cathy.
Beautiful job, Cathy! I like the beaded edging. Now I have to go check out the Yahoo group that I think Lelia was referencing to see your Apricot Elegance. Enjoy your weekend at home! :)
